1. Contact the Police
Stay calm and call local law enforcement so they can evaluate and document the accident scene. They can also arrange medical assistance or a tow service if necessary.
3. Exchange Insurance Information
Collect important details from the other driver, including their name, phone number, insurance company, policy number, and vehicle information.
2. Take Photos
Take clear pictures of the vehicles involved, any visible damage, license plates, and the surrounding area of the accident. This documentation can be very helpful during the claims process.

To request a Certificate of Insurance, please provide the Certificate Holder’s name and complete address, along with any insurance endorsement requirements specified in your contract (such as Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation, or Primary & Non-Contributory wording). To avoid delays, please copy the requirements exactly as they appear in the contract or lease agreement.
To report a claim, please provide the date and location of the incident, a brief description of what occurred, and the name of the insured involved. Include any available contact information for involved parties, along with photos, police reports, or other documentation if available. Providing clear and complete information will help us report the claim to the carrier and begin the claims process as quickly as possible.
